How do I know which size box to choose from?

Please report to reception on arrival at the meeting room building and you will be given access instructions for you and your guests. Hosts and guests will have access to the meeting room and building for the booking duration only.

How do I access a booked meeting room?

Email us at info@workhub.ie or call us +353 15 566 512 to cancel a booking. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancel 48 hours or more before your confirmed booking: You will be refunded 100% of the fee. Cancel within 48 hours: You will be refunded 50% of the fee. Cancel within 24 hours: You will not be refunded and the full fee is payable.

How do I cancel a booking and what is your cancellation policy?

Yes, our meeting rooms are available to book Monday to Saturday. Bookings are not available on Sundays however.

Are meeting rooms available at weekends?

Choose the room you would like to book. Fill out the contact form with no. of persons, duration and date. One of our agents will contact you to arrange the payment and booking.  Alternatively, if you don’t know which room to book, simply fill out the general contact form indicating no. of persons, duration and date required and we will contact you to discuss availability.

How do I book a meeting room?

We have a variety of room sizes and most of our locations have rooms available for up to 21 people. However, we can accommodate larger groups on request.

How many people can your meeting rooms accommodate?

Your chosen virtual office address can be used immediately for business registration with CRO. If it is included in your chosen plan, you can also use the address immediately for business trading purposes.

How soon can I use my virtual office address?

First, consider whether you need a business trading address in addition to a legal address. Then compare plans for the additional services included in each such as receiving packages, a licence agreement, hot desk usage etc. If you are still not sure, contact our helpful team for advice.

How do I decide which plan I need?

A legal address is registered with CRO and is a public information. A business trading address is an address that can be used for correspondence with customers, suppliers and banks and on marketing material if required. It can be different from the legal address and doesn’t have to be public information.

What is the difference between a legal address and a business trading address?

A business trading address is where customers, banks or suppliers send correspondence. It can be different from the company&#8217;s registered address so doesn’t have to be public information.

Yes, you can use your chosen address as a business trading address with all plans, EXCLUDING THE ESSENTIAL PLAN.
